Shipping Policy 

 

 

 

Order Processing

 

 

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

 

Original artworks are shipped unmounted and carefully rolled in a protective tube when larger than A4 size.

 

Customers will be informed if additional preparation time is required.

 

 

Delivery Times

 

 

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method.

 

Express shipping:

1–3 business days (depending on destination)

 

Standard shipping:

7–14 business days

 

Please note that delivery times may vary due to postal services or customs procedures.

Germany

 

  • Standard shipping: Free

 

 

Europe

 

  • Standard shipping: 8 €

  • Express shipping: 25 €

 

 

USA & United Kingdom

 

  • Standard shipping: 50 €

Since Brexit, UK customs treats imports from the EU as international shipments. This means UK customs may charge import VAT (around 20%) plus a small UPS clearance fee when the parcel arrives. Import charges are not included and are collected by UPS upon delivery.

International

 

  • Standard shipping: 60 €

​Orders with a total value of over 700 € qualify for free shipping worldwide.

 

 

 

Bird Card Club Shipments

 

 

Postcards sent as part of the Bird Card Club subscription are shipped according to the monthly release schedule.

 

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country.

 

 

Shipping Responsibility

 

 

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the postal or courier service. Delays caused by the shipping provider are beyond our control.

RETURNS

Refundable Products

You are entitled to cancel your order and return your prints within 7 days. You are responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss/damage in transit. Your refund will be processed within 14 days. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when your order has been received faulty or mis-described. 

Your rights to return artwork is protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. If you are unsatisfied with your original or fine art print, you may return the work(s) within 7 days of receiving it. You must email byannabogusz@gmail.com for a return address. In order to receive a full reimbursement of your money, your item must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order. If the item is returned within this time-frame in the same condition, as it was when shipped, you will receive a full refund of your purchase price. Return postage is not refunded. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by the delivery couriers is evidence that your artwork has been received.

Non-refundable products 

Due to the nature of some products such as products created according to customer specifications, purchases of the following products are final and non-refundable:

  • Online courses

  • Payments for Artwork bookings

  • Personalised Artworks

  • Subscriptions

 

LOSS / Damage in Transit

All artworks are packed extremely well. However, in case of damage during transit please send a photo of the damaged artwork and the package in which it was received, immediately, along with a description of the problem to byannabogusz@gmail.com 

A customer must inform the artist within 3 working days when the prints has been lost or damaged in transit, after this time the issue can not be solved. As a customer you agree that proof of delivery supplied by the delivery couriers is evidence that your print has been received. If it is determined that there was a problem during shipping, your fine art print will be replaced.
