commission me
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of creating unique portraits for clients from all over the world, each one a reflection of my passion for what I do. Every custom piece is a deeply personal journey, and I pour hours of dedication into each one. Because of this, I only take on a limited number of commissions each year.
Each portrait is hand-drawn with the highest attention to detail, capturing not only the likeness but the spirit of your beloved pet. Created with professional-grade materials to last a lifetime. The price depends on size and the amount of details. I offer almost every size, from small to large, to ensure your portrait fits your vision perfectly. I aim to make the commissioning process as smooth and enjoyable as possible, keeping you updated throughout.
To secure your booking, a non-refundable 150€ deposit is required. To proceed with your portrait order, simply add the portrait reservation deposit to your shopping cart, complete the checkout process and place an order. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Within 24 hours, I will reach out to personally discuss your portrait, including size, photos etc. Understanding the person or subject you’re commissioning is essential to me. If you don’t have your photos ready when I contact you, no worries—you can send them later.
The remaining balance will be due once the artwork is completed, after I’ve shared the final result with you and confirmed that you’re fully satisfied.
All payments are processed via PayPal. As soon as the final payment is received, I’ll ship your artwork via UPS / DHL and provide you with a tracking number. I offer worldwide shipping, and in most cases, delivery takes just 3–5 working days, regardless of the destination.

WHAT WILL BE NEEDED
Photo References & Personality
Once your deposit is paid, please send me the base photos of the subject you’d like to be portrayed—whether it’s a person, animal, or a combination of multiple subjects. If you wish to combine multiple subjects in one portrait, feel free to send individual photos, and I’ll creatively merge them. Ideally, photos should not be too close or too far and should be taken from the same level as the subject (particularly for pets). High-quality photos are very helpful, but not required. Don’t worry if you don’t have many photos or aren’t sure what to send; just provide whatever you have, and I’ll make it work! I also appreciate a description of the subject, their personality, and any story you’d like to share. Send your photos to byannabogusz@gmail.com or reply to the email after purchasing the deposit.
Mock-Up Creation
When your turn arrives, I will create a mock-up based on the photos you’ve provided. If you would like, I will also propose background colours, ensuring it complements both the subject and the space where it will hang.
The Process
Once we’ve finalized the sketch, I can focus on creating the original portrait. If you’ve booked for a timeframe like April-May, this means the portrait will be started, completed, and shipped within that period. However, please note that some portraits may take longer than expected. Since art is subjective and the time required can vary, I prefer to give a 2-3 weeks window for completion. Throughout the process, I’ll keep you updated with weekly progress reports.
Shipping
Once you’ve approved the final portrait, I will proceed with shipping. I take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives safely. Your portrait will be securely wrapped and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, signed and dated, both on the certificate and on the painting itself.
