This business operates as a small business under the German Kleinunternehmerregelung. Therefore VAT is not charged according to §19 UStG.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

 

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you received the goods.

 

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement (for example by email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

 

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay.

 

You must return the goods within 14 days of informing us of the withdrawal.

 

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

 

Returned items must be in their original condition.
