Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to all subscription services offered on this website, including Bird Card Club, Inside the Studio, and any educational or creative subscriptions.
1. Subscription Services
Subscriptions may include:

physical products (such as postcards sent by mail);

access to exclusive content;

educational materials related to drawing, painting, or the creative process.
2. Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected plan (for example, monthly or semi-annually).
By purchasing a subscription, the customer authorises recurring payments until the subscription is cancelled.
3. Membership Policy
The Bird Card Club is available as a monthly, 6 month, or annual membership. Monthly memberships renew automatically and may be cancelled at any time through the user account or by contacting Anna Bogusz via email. Cancellation will apply to the next billing period, and your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period. The 6 month and annual memberships are fixed term plans and cannot be cancelled before the end of the purchased membership period. If needed, all membership plans may be paused for an agreed period by contacting Anna Bogusz. The remaining membership time will continue once the pause ends.
Already processed payments and partially used membership periods are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
4. Delivery of Physical Items
For subscriptions that include physical products (such as Bird Card Club postcards), items are shipped during the first week of the month.
Delivery times may vary depending on postal services and destination.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs procedures, incorrect shipping information provided by the subscriber, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content provided as part of the subscription, including but not limited to artwork, sketches, paintings, photographs, videos, process recordings, tutorials, educational materials, texts, downloads, and other creative content, remains the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise stated.
Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Subscribers may not:

reproduce, copy, distribute, share, publish, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any subscription content;

upload subscription content to websites, membership platforms, file-sharing services, social media channels, or AI systems;

use subscription content for training artificial intelligence models or machine learning systems;

provide access to subscription content to non-subscribers;

remove copyright notices or claim authorship of any content.
Unauthorised use of subscription content may result in termination of access and may constitute a violation of copyright law.
6. Access to Digital Content
Access to subscription content is provided exclusively to the subscribing member and may not be shared with others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund in cases of misuse, unauthorised sharing of content, or violation of these Subscription Terms.
7. Changes to Subscriptions
Subscription services, prices, or content may be updated from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated to subscribers.
